Getting in the spirit for Halloween, I decided to attend an annual tradition in Mesa, Arizona Friday October 7, 2011 called Screwed and TattooedIIIat Goat Head Saloon. I got the opportunity to check out some Arizona talent and the headliner Twisted Insane. This event takes place every October and is put together by Linkin Park 's lead singer and club owner of Club TattooChester Bennington with Mafiatic Productions & Weigh 2 Sicc Music. Mixing Hip Hop, alternative music, tattoo and piercings this show couldn't help but be filled with high energy. There was an artist Matty B, and vendors like Hustle Hard Clothing , tattoo contests which included free autographed T-Shirts and other cash give-aways kept the party going. Tickets were reasonable, and so were the drinks and food. It was a great night to enjoy some local and underground Hip Hop in a casual setting. Some of the opening artists included Rj Shoota & C-Sicc , Noxious, S.P.A.D.E . SPLIF and more.

The headliner,Twisted Insane burst onto the stage masked and energetic getting the crowed hyped moving over hard beats. After he removes his mask and begins to deliver quite frankly the fastest flow I've ever witnessed, and the crowd goes crazy. His set included many great songs including the song in the above video Kick Rocks. "Twisted Insane has received increased notoriety since collaborating withTech N9ne.
